SaaS Solutions.
Productised software for one workflow at a time. Billing, operations, reporting. Running in weeks, not quarters.

A surprising amount of Nordic business runs on a spreadsheet with one person guarding it. The pricing sheet nobody else dares touch, the shift plan rebuilt every Friday, the monthly report that eats three days. We productise those: one workflow, a real interface, your data, and something people can actually use within weeks. When a standard product already covers it, we will tell you to buy that instead.
Three workflows we productise most often
Every build is specific to a customer, so treat these as shapes rather than a catalogue. The interface below is an illustration, not a screenshot of a live system.

What is the manual version costing you?
Your numbers, plain arithmetic, no assumptions of ours in the middle. This is the figure we quote against, because a build only makes sense when it is small next to what the workflow already costs.
Loaded cost means salary plus employer contributions and overhead, not the take-home rate. What a productised replacement costs depends entirely on scope, so we will not pretend to know it from three sliders. We will quote it against this number.
What you actually get
The terms are the same on every build, because the awkward questions are easier answered up front than in year three.
- Hosting
- EU regions on Azure, or your own tenant. Your choice, documented either way.
- Your data
- Yours. Exportable in a documented format, on request or on a schedule.
- Source code
- Handover or escrow available. You are never locked in by our leaving.
- Integrations
- Your ERP, accounting, payroll and identity. Fortnox, Visma, Business Central and the rest.
- Access
- Single sign-on through Entra ID, with roles that mirror how your organisation works.
- Support
- Business hours included. Extended cover and a defined SLA as an option.
From conversation to running system
Scope
We sit with the people who do the work today and write down the rules that live in their heads. You leave with a scope and a fixed price, and sometimes with a recommendation to buy something off the shelf instead.
First usable version
Not a prototype to look at, a version to use with real data. Narrow on purpose, so the shape can be corrected while correcting it is still cheap.
Integrate and roll out
Connections to the systems around it, single sign-on, permissions, import of the history that matters, and the training that makes the spreadsheet unnecessary.
Run and extend
Hosting, monitoring, backups and a support line. New workflows get added the same way the first one was, once they have earned it.
Common questions
Is this a product or custom software?
Custom in what it does, productised in how it is built and run. We reuse the same foundations across customers: authentication, permissions, audit trail, integrations, hosting and deployment. Your workflow, your rules and your interface sit on top. That is what makes weeks possible instead of quarters, and it is also why we will not build you a general-purpose platform.
Who owns it?
You own your data unconditionally, and it is exportable in a documented format whenever you ask. For the code we offer handover or escrow, so nothing important depends on us still being here. We would rather earn the next engagement than hold one hostage.
What if we outgrow it, or want to switch to a standard product later?
That is a legitimate outcome and worth planning for on day one. Your data comes out in a documented format, and the integrations we build tend to be reusable against whatever replaces us. If a standard product overtakes what we built, we will say so, and help you move.
Can it talk to our existing systems?
Usually yes. Fortnox, Visma, Business Central, payroll systems and most things with an API or a scheduled file drop. Where a system has no interface at all, we will say so plainly at scoping rather than discovering it halfway through the build.
What does it cost?
A fixed price for the build, quoted after scoping, plus a monthly figure covering hosting, support and small changes. The build price depends entirely on the workflow, so anyone quoting you a number before understanding it is guessing. The calculator above is the honest starting point: what the manual version costs today.
Got a spreadsheet that has become load-bearing?
Tell us what it does and who depends on it. We will come back with a scope, a fixed price, or an honest recommendation to buy something off the shelf instead.
