Digital Marketing.
The technical half of marketing, done by the people who build the site. Indexable pages, tracking that survives a cookie banner, and a funnel with real numbers in it.

What we do
- Technical SEO: rendering, crawlability, structured data, page speed
- Analytics and tracking that holds up under consent rules
- Marketing operations: forms, CRM plumbing, lead routing, attribution
- Paid search and LinkedIn campaigns for B2B, run against pipeline rather than clicks
What we do not do
- Brand strategy, naming or visual identity work
- Content production at volume, or social media management
- Guaranteed rankings, because nobody can honestly guarantee them
We are engineers who ended up doing marketing work because the technical half kept being the thing that was broken. A site that renders nothing until JavaScript loads. Analytics that stopped recording half the traffic when the consent banner went up. Leads landing in a mailbox nobody reads. That is the work we take. For campaigns, creative and content at volume, we bring in specialists we trust and stay in our lane.
Technical SEO, the part that is actually engineering
Search engines have to be able to fetch your pages, understand them and trust that they load. All three are build decisions, which is why this sits with the same team that writes the code.
- Server-rendered content, so crawlers see the page instead of an empty shell
- Clean URL structure, canonical tags and no accidental noindex in production
- Structured data for organisation, breadcrumbs, articles and FAQs
- Sitemaps and robots rules that match what you actually want indexed
- Core Web Vitals inside budget, on mobile hardware and mobile data

Titles and descriptions get truncated by length, and most pages are written without anyone checking. Type and watch where the cut falls.
Roj IT designs, secures and maintains enterprise-grade infrastructure for Nordic businesses. Servers, networking, cloud, cybersecurity and AI.
Google truncates on pixel width rather than a fixed character count, so treat roughly 60 characters for titles and 155 for descriptions as guidance rather than law. Neither is a ranking factor on its own. Both decide whether anyone clicks.
Impressions and clicks are diagnostics. What counts shows up in the pipeline.
Where the money actually goes
Most B2B marketing arguments are really arguments about arithmetic nobody has written down. Put your own numbers in. If the answer is uncomfortable, that is the useful part.
Spend here means what you pay the platforms plus what you pay us. Cost per deal is that divided by deals won, not by leads, because leads do not pay invoices. If a single deal is worth more than a year of spend, the case is easy. If it is not, we would rather find that out on this page than in month nine.
Channels, and who does what
We are a small team with a technical bias. Where a channel needs a different craft, we say so and bring in someone who has it.
Rendering, structure, speed and structured data, as part of the build.
Search and LinkedIn for B2B, measured against pipeline rather than impressions.
GA4, server-side tagging where it is warranted, consent handled properly.
Forms, routing, CRM integration and attribution that survives a hand-off.
We can brief and review it, and we will not pretend to be an agency.
Identity work belongs with people who do it every day.
Common questions
01Can you guarantee first page on Google?
No, and neither can anyone else. What we can guarantee is that your pages are crawlable, fast, correctly structured and free of the technical mistakes that hold sites back. Rankings then depend on competition, content and links, which are outside anyone's control. Any agency promising a position is either guessing or bidding on your own brand name and calling it a win.
02Our analytics stopped making sense after the cookie banner. Can you fix it?
Usually, yes. Consent mode, server-side tagging and a properly configured banner recover a lot of what looks like lost traffic, and modelling covers part of the rest. It will not get you back to the numbers you had in 2019, and anyone claiming otherwise is not reading the same regulations we are.
03Do we need to move off WordPress to rank?
No. WordPress ranks perfectly well when it is set up properly. Slow themes, plugin sprawl and pages that render nothing without JavaScript hurt you, not the platform itself. We will tell you which of those you have before suggesting a migration.
04How do you report?
Against pipeline. Sessions and impressions are diagnostics, not results. A monthly view showing spend, leads, qualified opportunities and closed business, with the arithmetic visible so you can check it. If a channel is not producing, it will say so in plain language rather than being buried under engagement metrics.
05What is the smallest sensible engagement?
A technical audit with a prioritised fix list, which most customers then implement themselves or with us. Ongoing work only makes sense when there is a real budget behind it: paid campaigns below roughly twenty thousand kronor a month rarely gather enough data to optimise, and we would rather say that than take the retainer.
Traffic flat, or leads that go nowhere?
Send us the site and what you are trying to sell. We will come back with a technical audit and an honest read on whether marketing spend is your actual constraint.
