Cloud Services.
Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Oracle and VMware. Designed, migrated and operated by the same engineers who look after your racks.
Very few Nordic businesses are cloud native, and most never will be. The reality is a server room, a stack of SaaS platforms and a growing pile of things somebody moved to Azure in a hurry. We turn that into a deliberate estate: a landing zone with real guardrails, workloads placed where they actually belong, and a monthly bill you can explain line by line.
Platforms we build on
We are platform-led, not platform-loyal. Where a workload lands is an architecture decision, never a sales decision.
Microsoft Azure
Landing zones, Entra ID, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Arc and hybrid identity. The natural default when you already live in Microsoft 365.
Amazon Web Services
Multi-account structure with Organizations and Control Tower, ECS and EKS, RDS and S3 lifecycle policies. Strong for product teams and data platforms.
Google Cloud
GKE, BigQuery and Cloud Run. Where an analytics or container workload makes a better case than the incumbent platform.
Oracle Cloud
Oracle Database and E-Business Suite, where licensing terms make OCI the rational home. Also a credible low cost option for plain compute.
VMware
vSphere, vSAN and Cloud Foundation for everything that stays on-premises, including a frank conversation about post-Broadcom licensing.
Kubernetes
AKS, EKS and GKE, or bare metal with Rancher. GitOps deployments, autoscaling and resource limits that someone actually tuned.
How a cloud engagement works
Assess
We inventory every server, application and SaaS subscription, map the dependencies between them and set a cost baseline. You get a per-workload verdict: move, reshape, rebuild, retire or leave alone.
Design
Landing zone, network topology, identity model, security guardrails and naming standards, written as infrastructure code. Diagrams that match what gets deployed, and a target cost estimate before anything moves.
Migrate
Wave by wave, lowest risk first. A pilot workload proves the pattern, then the rest follow with documented cutovers, out-of-hours windows and a rollback plan we have tested rather than assumed.
Optimise
Once workloads run in their new home under real load, we right-size instances, apply reservations, clean up orphaned disks and tighten tagging. This is where the bill drops from the migration spike.
Operate
Monitoring, patching, backup verification and change management, with quarterly reviews that surface cost drift and architectural risk before either becomes an incident.
Three ways to move a workload
Every application gets one of these verdicts. Most estates end up with a mix, plus a fourth category we never apologise for: leave it exactly where it is.
Move the machine, keep the architecture.
The virtual machine is replicated to the cloud and started there. Nothing about the application changes, which makes this the fastest and least risky path off ageing hardware.
Best for: end-of-life hardware, datacenter exits, tight deadlines.
Watch for: cloud bills that mirror your old overprovisioning, one to one.
What we deliver
Cloud Migration
Inventory, dependency mapping and wave planning. Pilot workload first, documented cutover, rollback plan for every wave.
Landing Zones & Governance
Subscription and account structure, policy guardrails, RBAC, network topology and naming. Built in Terraform or Bicep, not clicked together in a portal.
Identity & Access
Entra ID, conditional access, single sign-on, privileged access management and clean federation between on-premises AD and cloud.
Backup & Disaster Recovery
Veeam, Azure Backup and Site Recovery. Defined RPO and RTO targets, geo-redundant copies, and restore tests that we actually run.
FinOps & Cost Control
Right-sizing, reservations and savings plans, tagging discipline, orphaned resource cleanup and a showback model per department.
Managed Cloud Operations
Patching, monitoring, alerting, change management and quarterly architecture reviews. The same on-call team that covers your infrastructure.
Where we stand
Cloud is a place to put things, not a strategy. The strategy is knowing what belongs there.
